Click the Sign In/Register button in the top-right corner, enter your email or phone number, get an OTP code, and complete verification to register. After registration, you can post supply/demand listings, view contact details, and send internal messages.

What are the differences in member benefits?

Regular members can browse supply and demand information for free. VIP members can view contact details, post supply listings, and send internal messages. SVIP members enjoy premium benefits including unlimited posting, a dedicated account manager, and featured placement on the homepage.

How to post a supply request?

After logging in, upgrade to VIP or higher. In the Member Center, click "Publish Supply," fill in product details (title, price, description, images, etc.), and submit for review to make it visible.

How to contact suppliers or buyers?

VIP members can view full contact details (phone and email) on supply or procurement listing pages. Standard members can initiate preliminary communication via internal messaging.

What payment methods are available?

Currently supports Alipay web payments. Membership benefits take effect immediately upon successful payment.

How do I request a refund?

If you haven't used the membership within 7 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team at [email] to explain your situation; we'll process your request within 3 business days.

How do I edit or delete published content?

After logging in, go to the "My Posts" page. Locate the relevant supply or procurement listing, then click Edit to modify it or Delete to remove it.

How do I view inbox messages?

After logging in, click the inbox icon (envelope) in the navigation bar to view your messages. Unread messages are highlighted with a red badge.
