Factory-direct sales of various air compressor models (screw, variable frequency, fixed frequency, oil-free).
A screw air compressor is a gas compression device. Here's a brief overview: **Intake:** When the intake valve opens, air passes through a filter and enters the compression chamber. The process completes once the two screws rotate to seal the space between their teeth. Meanwhile, another pair of tooth grooves on the main and driven rotors rotates to the intake end, ready for the next cycle. **Compression, Oil Injection, Lubrication, Cooling, and Sealing:** As the rotor angle changes, the volume decreases while the air moves in a spiral pattern, increasing pressure. Due to the pressure difference, atomized lubricating oil is injected into the chamber to reduce temperature, assist sealing, and provide lubrication. **Discharge:** Once the preset pressure is reached, the compressed air exits through the discharge valve. It then passes through a cooler and separator to remove moisture and sediment before being output as clean, high-pressure compressed air for downstream use or storage until needed again for production cycles. Key advantages include high stability, low vibration, and low noise. Compared to piston compressors, it has fewer wear parts and a lower failure rate. Its heat dissipation system uses plate-fin structures, ensuring excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and cooling efficiency. Components such as oil-air separators are also manufactured using advanced technologies and materials.
